We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any much more. He said he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a significant quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could support as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to provide our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for many years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
